AJ is an experienced educator who has spent more than ten years working with students of all ages. For the past five years, she has served as a para-educator in the Ramona School District, where she provides academic and social-emotional support to a wide range of learners, including students with ADHD and learning differences.

AJ has a strong track record of helping students strengthen their executive functioning skills. She teaches practical strategies for organization, planning, and habit-building—tools that help students stay on track both in school and at home. Her support in these areas naturally extends into her work in ELA, where she excels at guiding students through the writing process. From brainstorming and structuring ideas to editing and polishing final drafts, AJ helps students develop confidence and clarity in their written expression.

Her warm, student-centered approach ensures every learner feels supported, understood, and capable of reaching their goals.
