You start by calling us or completing our Get Started form. We learn about your child’s needs, personality, and current school experience, and when needed you meet with our Director for a free consultation.

Enrollment and Record Review

We use a detailed Student Questionnaire and, if available, review evaluations and school records. This helps us to take a whole-child approach when planning for the initial session.

Design & Match

Our Director creates a personalized learning plan, then carefully selects a tutor who is trained specifically in the recommended program and/or methods.

Outcome Icon

Advancement & Outcomes

After each session, your child’s tutor provides ongoing parent updates. Every few months, we review progress, celebrate wins, and refine goals so the plan grows with your child.
